Resolved - KARTE Talkについて一時的な障害が発生しておりましたが、解消したためご報告いたします。

■ 対象プロジェクト
- KARTE Talkをご利用中の全プロジェクト

■ 発生した現象
次の処理に失敗または通常よりも時間がかかっていました。
- オペレーターからのメッセージの送信
- エンドユーザーからのメッセージの送信
- オペレーション自動化のオペレーターアサイン
- オペレーション自動化のステータス変更

なお、本事象の影響をうけ送信されなかったメッセージやオペレーション自動化については、事象解消後も再処理されません。

■ 原因
- 内部APIのパフォーマンス悪化によるもの

■ 実施した対応
- サーバーリソースの増強を実施しました
